Tabal is eager to bring the magic of our chocolate making classes out into the community. We have had the privilege of hosting our 101 class at our shop for many years now and thought, why not take our class on the road! So that's exactly what we plan to do. See details below about what each class provides, make your selection for your desired location, and we'll see you at class!

Do you ship to my country?

Do you make the chocolate by hand?
Yes. Once the beans arrive at Tabal Chocolates we sort, roast, crack and winnow, grid, conch or aerate, temper, pour into molds, then wrap each bar by hand.
Where do you get the cocoa beans?
We get the beans through our communities in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Columbia, Nicaragua, and Peru.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes. We do.
