Led by representatives of Dancing Goat Distillery and Tabal Chocolate, this brand-new class will share in the rich history of whiskey and chocolate making, educate about the process of the crafts, and of course, sample some of the finest whiskey and chocolate around. You will not want to miss this highly anticipated class!
Price - $75 per ticket. (Each ticket includes entrance to the two-hour long class and samples from both Dancing Goat and Tabal Chocolate portfolios)

Do you make the chocolate by hand?
Yes. Once the beans arrive at Tabal Chocolates we sort, roast, crack and winnow, grid, conch or aerate, temper, pour into molds, then wrap each bar by hand.
Where do you get the cocoa beans?
We get the beans through our communities in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Columbia, Nicaragua, and Peru.
