Private & Custom Classes

Duration: 1-2 Hours

Location:   7515 Harwood Ave. Wauwatosa Village.

Time:   7-9pm  (Flexible times available) Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled

Chocolate Dipping and Chocolate Making Introduction

One-hour experience:
For up to 10 guests, $350
For up to 20 guests, $750

Two-hour experience: For up to 50 guests, $2,000 Includes hot-chocolate reception 

 

101 Bean to Bar

A complete 101 Bean to Bar class, just for your private group. Times and days will be mutually arranged.

Up to 12 guests, $750

 

201 Bean to Bar

A complete advanced chocolate making class just for your private group. 3.5 hours long.

For up to 8 guests, $1,350      

 

Children’s classes

Adventurers (7-12 years old) (1.5 hours)

Do you ship to my country?

Do you make the chocolate by hand?

Yes. Once the beans arrive at Tabal Chocolates we sort, roast, crack and winnow, grid, conch or aerate, temper, pour into molds, then wrap each bar by hand.

Where do you get the cocoa beans?

We get the beans through our communities in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Columbia, Nicaragua, and Peru.
