SHIPPING FAQ

1. When will my online order arrive?

Barring any post office slowdowns, online orders will arrive within 5 business days. However, during the hot summer months our shipping procedures are different. We only ship orders on Tuesday through Wednesday, so it could take up to 8 business days for your order to arrive.  We also like to watch for windows of cooler weather at the location where the package is sent, and speed up delivery or delay accordingly.  

2. What is the timeline for wholesale orders? 

You can expect to receive your chocolate order within 10 days. In the summer, our shipping procedure is a bit different, so you should allow for up to 14 business days to receive your order.

3. What shipping service does Tabal Chocolate use?

We ship domestically using USPS.

4. Does Tabal Chocolate ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

5. Won’t my chocolate melt during the hot summer months?

We like to watch for windows of cooler weather at the location where the package is sent, and speed up delivery or delay accordingly.   We only ship orders Tuesday thru Wednesday to keep them from sitting at the post office. Unfortunately, we still can’t guarantee that your chocolate order will arrive intact. We are always happy to hold the order until the weather cools.

6. What if I want to expedite my shipping?

At the moment we don’t offer expedited shipping on our website. However, if you’d like to expedite your order you can send us an email and we can try to make it happen!

7. Does Tabal Chocolate have a return or refund policy?
