EL CARMEN DE CHUCURI, COLOMBIA 70% (2 Ingredient)

This two ingredient Colombian chocolate bar has a unique bold
cocoa flavor with notes of caramel, banana and a hint of citrus.

The word "ka" comes from the Mayan language meaning "two."

Miguel, who manages this farm, is a community leader who passes on the knowledge that he has learned.  We especially like these cacao beans because of their high quality, unique flavors and purchasing them helps support Bosques de Cacao Yariguies which looks to save their heritage, prevent young farmers from moving to the cities due to lack of opportunity in rural areas, and to protect the environment.
