Description

Brewing cacao is best used as a replacement for coffee and other high caffeine drinks.  We recommend that you only use this cacao in a french press or other coffee machine with a filter.  You will be amazed with the flavour profile and feel free to sweeten to your favorite taste.  This brewing cacao is packed with antioxidants and is a flavourful energy booster.

Ingredients: Organically grown cacao

Keto, Vegan, Paleo, Gluten, Sugar & Soy Free

How to Brew in French Press:

1. Add 2 Tbs per 6 oz. of water

2. Add boiling water

3. Stir & steep 2-3 minutes

3. Press French press filter down completely

How to Brew in Coffee Maker:

1. Use a nylon or gold filter

2. Add 2 Tbs per 6 oz. of water to your coffee maker

3. Brew on 1-4 cups or stronger

***DO NOT USE IN ESPRESSO MACHINE as it will clog the machine

Do you make the chocolate by hand?

Yes. Once the beans arrive at Tabal Chocolates we sort, roast, crack and winnow, grid, conch or aerate, temper, pour into molds, then wrap each bar by hand.

Where do you get the cocoa beans?

We get the beans through our communities in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Columbia, Nicaragua, and Peru.
