Description

TOLIMA, COLOMBIA 70% (2 Ingredient)

This two ingredient Colombian chocolate bar has a unique bold
cocoa flavor with notes of caramel, banana and a hint of citrus. This cacao was specially fermented to reveal an exceptionally bold cocoa flavour, and you will truly be impressed!

The word "ka" comes from the Mayan language meaning "two."

We especially like these cacao beans because of their high quality, unique flavors and purchasing them helps support the farmers of Tolima which looks to save their heritage, prevent young farmers from moving to the cities due to lack of opportunity in rural areas, and to protect the environment.
